Ferry tickets are sold only by authorised sellers at the port.
The ferry crew will direct vehicles when embarking and disembarking.
Embarking and disembarking the ferry is done at your own responsibility.
Vehicles are loaded in the order they arrive at the port.
Vehicles are to be ready for loading 10 minutes before departure.
The ferry captain may change the loading order of vehicles as deemed necessary.
Emergency vehicles have priority on the ferry.
Motorcycles, mopeds and bicycles should be stowed during the voyage. The ferry crew will assist in stowing vehicles as necessary. Stowing equipment may be borrowed from the ferry. The vehicle operator is responsible to ensure their vehicle is properly stowed during the voyage.
Motor home and caravan drivers shall ensure gas bottles in their vehicles are closed during the voyage.
Smoking is not permitted on the ferry.
Drinking brought-on alcoholic beverages is prohibited onboard.
Passengers may only enjoy the food and beverages served in the ferry restaurant.
